1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Personalized or custom-made products, including but not limited to custom wedding decorations or party favors, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products or digital content
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at admin@homoli.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
- Securely package the item(s) for return and ship them back to us using the provided return label.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@homoli.xyz with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
7. Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
8. International Returns
For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or shipping costs associated with returning items. International returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
